Children's Home School
Ignasi Oms designed the Children's Home School in 1901. It is part of the historicist Modern Style and it seems to resemble a great Romanesque building. The Neo-Romanesque style can be also seen at the blind arches that crown the façades and the Roman arch on the top of the windows.
This building substitued an old orphanage founded in 1609. It has been used for several ends: orphanage, girls's college, high school and nowadays it is used for the social services of Manresa.
