The Padró Domènech House, which is also known as Xipell House, was designed in 1903 by Ignasi Oms. It is a single family house built in red brick and showing decorative elements in the openings. Oms designed the Padró House after one of his trips to Paris, and it is considered to be the first work in his fully Modernist Style period.
Today, the upper floors have residencial uses, while the ground floor holds shops.
