Shopping

Manresa has traditionally been an outstanding shopping centre and it continues to be so today. Manresa is now considered as having a great shopping centre, particularly concentrated in the Eixample area and a good part of the old centre. This is the part of the city where some of the longest established shopping streets in Catalonia can be found, particularly El Guimerà and El Born, but also Carrer Nou, Sant Miquel and Passeig de Pere III. It is an open-air shopping centre offering a wide range of diverse, quality products, with something of a specialisation in clothes, shoes and accessories.

Many of these businesses are associated with various commercial organisations in the city. We will now give details of some of these associations and organisations.
